Zander came into a GA shelter in very rough shape! He's emaciated, has sores on his ears & his gums are pale. He's only 3 years old

& 37lbs. Of course he's also heartworm positive & we have no doubt lived his life outside, neglected & forgotten. His liver values are also elevated. He is currently with our veterinary partners in the south being assessed for his medical needs and receiving treatment. He will be up to date on shots and neutered when medically appropriate.
